Patricia Hsu joined Prax Capital in 2006 where she oversees fund administration and investor communications, including financial and investor reporting, compliance and legal issues. Patricia works closely with the investment team to monitor the financial and operating targets of portfolio investments.

For the six years prior to joining Prax, Patricia worked with the Founding Partners at Texpack, where she was responsible for financial and tax reporting, risk management and treasury operations for its worldwide subsidiaries. Previously, Patricia was the CFO of the U.S. operations of the Stenbeck Group, an incubator holding company of telecommunications, media and information technology businesses, where she was responsible for financial reporting, treasury, tax compliance, acquisitions, divestitures and investor relations.

Originally from New York, Patricia holds a BS from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Baruch College, City University of New York.

Jessie Qi joined Prax in 2007 and is responsible for communications with investors and the coordination of marketing for existing and new funds.

Prior to joining Prax, Jessie had over 10 years experience in commercial banking most recently with Standard Chartered Bank (China) Limited in Shanghai. Previously, Jessie worked at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, New Zealand Institutional Banking in Auckland for 3 years.

Jessie holds a BS from Shanghai University of Engineering Science and is a member of the Society of Registered Financial Planners (HKRFP).
