Patricia Hsu joined Prax Capital in 2006 where she oversees fund administration and investor communications, including financial and investor reporting, compliance and legal issues. Patricia works closely with the investment team to monitor the financial and operating targets of portfolio investments.

For the six years prior to joining Prax, Patricia worked with the Founding Partners at Texpack, where she was responsible for financial and tax reporting, risk management and treasury operations for its worldwide subsidiaries. Previously, Patricia was the CFO of the U.S. operations of the Stenbeck Group, an incubator holding company of telecommunications, media and information technology businesses, where she was responsible for financial reporting, treasury, tax compliance, acquisitions, divestitures and investor relations.

Originally from New York, Patricia holds a BS from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Baruch College, City University of New York.

Phyllis Leung joined Prax Capital in 2011 and is responsible for investor relations, she also works closely with the firm’s partners to support fundraising and general marketing.

Phyllis has over 10 years of in-house and agency experience in marketing and corporate communications in Hong Kong and China. Prior to joining Prax Capital, Phyllis was the Marketing Manager at Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited (0001.HK), Hong Kong’s largest local property developer, where she spearheaded the rebranding and communications of Fortune REIT (FRT:SP and 00778.HK), a dual primary listed real estate investment trust managed by ARA Asset Management Limited. Previously, she worked with a number of international companies, including; Sotheby’s, Weber Shandwick, Hongkong Land, Piaget and Knight Frank.

Born in Hong Kong, Phyllis holds a BA from New York University, a Master’s degree in Corporate Environmental Governance from The University of Hong Kong and an MBA, with a concentration in Financial Services, from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Isaac Zhu joined Prax in 2011 and is responsible for USD fund accounting and related portfolio company financial analysis and supports the investor reporting and communications function.

Prior to joining Prax, Isaac worked with KPMG in Hong Kong since 2007, most recently as Assistant Manager.

Isaac graduated with honors from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a double major in Professional Accounting & Finance and is a member of the HKICPA. Originally hailing from Nanjing, PRC, Isaac is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Sarah Fang joined Prax Capital in 2004 and is responsible for the administration and financial and investor reporting for Prax's RMB Funds.

Prior to joining Prax, Sarah worked with the Founding Partners at Texpack in Shanghai, where she was responsible for accounting and administration.

Sarah holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting and graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a BS in Business English.
