Prax Value-added
We are currently one of the shareholders of the foreign JV partner of Huiteng Windpower Equipment. We add value by helping to diversify its customer base and by exploring overseas markets. In addition, we used our expertise to assist Huiteng Windpower Equipment in tailoring an effective management incentive plan and preparing for an IPO.

¡°As director, Jeff Yao has shown HT Blade his full support by assisting in the exploration of overseas markets and the diversification of our client base. Additionally, Jeff spearheaded the establishment of our management incentive plan as well as initiated our corporate restructuring into a limited company by shares. The positive impact Jeff has made on our state-owned holding company in a short period of time has been tremendous.¡±
