Benjamin Zhang joined Prax in 2005. He is responsible for deal sourcing, investment evaluation, due diligence and post-investment management.
Prior to joining Prax, Mr. Zhang has over six years experience in investment banking and financial advisory businesses in China. Before joining Prax, he worked at Yungenghu & Co., an investment bank boutique, and Shanghai Mingchang Investment Consulting Co., providing assessment to both state-owned and private companies relating to mergers and acquisitions and private placements.
Mr. Zhang holds a BA degree in Economics from Peking University, and currently is an EMBA candidate at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Ellen Li joined Prax in 2007. She is responsible for deal sourcing, investment evaluation, due diligence and post-investment management.
Prior to joining Prax, Ms. Li has over 12 years working experience in direct investment, venture capital investment and investment banking. She was the Vice President of Investment at Crest Capital Partners, Managing Director in Shanghai Census Capital Co., and Assistant Vice President in Government of Singapore Special Investment Co. ("GIC"). Ms. Li has been involved in over 10 venture capital and growth capital deals, 2 IPO projects in Hong Kong as well as China A-share markets.
Ellen Li holds a bachelor degree in Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA degree from China Europe International Business School ("CEIBS"). She is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Kevin Xu joined Prax in 2007. He is responsible for deal sourcing, investment evaluation, due diligence and post-investment management.
Prior to joining Prax, Mr. Xu has seven years work experience with KPMG Transaction Services in Shanghai and Chicago offices, with a focus on financial and commercial due diligence covering various industries including manufacturing, retail and consumer goods. Mr. Xu has managed numerous transactions for both strategic companies and private equity firms for their transactions in China.
Mr. Xu holds a BA degree in Economics from Fudan University and an MA in Economics from the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade. He is a member of the IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Mr. Fang Liang joined Prax in 2009. He is responsible for deal sourcing, investment evaluation, due diligence and post-investment management.
Prior to joining Prax, Mr. Fang has over nine years experiences in private equity investment, financial advisory and auditing services in China. Before joining Prax, he worked at the private equity team of CDH Investments, one of China¡¯s top growth capital funds managing $2 billion. Prior to CDH Investments, he was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting Practice and also worked at Deloitte Touch¨¦ Corporate Finance and Arthur Andersen, providing M&A advisory and auditing services to a diverse range of clients.
Mr. Fang holds a MBA degree from Darden Business School, University of Virginia and a BA degree in Engineering from Chongqing University. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Angela Ma joined Prax in 2006. She is responsible for deal evaluation, due diligence and post-investment management.
Ms. Ma has over four years of experience in auditing and advisory services with KPMG. She has been involved in numerous projects of IFRS and US GAAP conversions, business structuring improvements and post-merger integration.
Ms. Ma holds BA and MA degree in Economics from Peking University. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Charles Wang joined Prax in 2008. He is responsible for deal sourcing, investment evaluation, due diligence and post-investment management.
Prior to joining Prax, Mr. Wang has over seven years experience in direct investment, financial advisory and accounting in Temujin Global Asset Management, KPMG Corporate Finance, Parker Hannifin and China Mobile. Mr. Wang has helped a number of international and local clients in identifying and evaluating M&A targets, providing financial and commercial due diligence and performing pricing analysis covering various industries.
Mr. Wang holds a BS degree from Xi¡¯an Jiao Tong University and a MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Mr. Simon He joined Prax in 2009. He is responsible for deal origination, deal execution, investment analysis, due diligence, modelling and post-investment management.
Simon He has more than 5 years experience in accounting, finance and investment analysis . Prior to joining Prax, Simon worked at Development Principles Fund II as Vice President for 3 years in charge of the whole investment procedure including providing the value-added service, such as M&A opportunity and optimizing the resources of portfolio companies. Previously, he has 2 years experience with Ernst & Young Accounting Firm, where he led the team for the audit processes in various IPO scenarios, especially focusing on global finance services.
Mr. Simon He graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies with two bachelors degrees, a BE in Finance and a BA in Accounting. He has complemented his qualification with MA in Accounting and Finance from University of Leeds in UK. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Winston Nyo joined Prax in 2009. He is responsible for building value through operations at portfolio companies with a focus on marketing and business development.
Prior to joining Prax, Mr. Nyo carries with him 18 years of marketing experience in South East Asia and China. Mr. Nyo¡¯s career spans across different industries in food and beverage, packaging, industrial safety, retail marketing, media, commercial graphics and computer distribution industries. Mr. Nyo has worked for 3M, The Continuity Company, Tetra Pak and most recently held the position of General Manager for Village Earth Consulting. Throughout his career, Mr. Nyo has opened up new markets, launched new products, built major accounts, pioneered new strategic process, developed new businesses and bred strategic ideas from concept to commercialization.
Mr. Nyo holds a BBA degree from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from U21Global. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
