Ellen Li joined Prax in 2007 and is responsible for deal sourcing, investment evaluation, due diligence and post-investment management.
Prior to joining Prax, Ellen has over 12 years working experience in direct investment, venture capital investment and investment banking. She was the Vice President of Investment at Crest Capital Partners, Managing Director in Shanghai Census Capital Co., and Assistant Vice President in Government of Singapore Special Investment Co. ("GIC"). Ellen has been involved in over 10 venture capital and growth capital deals, 2 IPO projects in Hong Kong as well as China A-share markets.
Ellen holds a bachelor degree in Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA degree from China Europe International Business School ("CEIBS").

Kevin Xu joined Prax in 2007 and is responsible for deal sourcing, investment evaluation, due diligence and post-investment management.
Prior to joining Prax, Kevin spent seven years with KPMG Transaction Services in Shanghai and Chicago offices, with a focus on financial and commercial due diligence covering various industries including manufacturing, retail and consumer goods. Kevin has project managed numerous transactions for both strategic companies and private equity firms for their transactions in China.
Kevin holds a BA degree in Economics from Fudan University and an MA in Economics from the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade. He is a member of the IMA (Institute of Management Accountants).

Charles Wang joined Prax in 2008 and is responsible for deal sourcing, investment evaluation, due diligence and post-investment management.
Prior to joining Prax, Charles has over seven years experience in direct investment, financial advisory and accounting in Temujin Global Asset Management, KPMG Corporate Finance, Parker Hannifin and China Mobile. Charles has helped a number of international and local clients in identifying and evaluating M&A targets, providing financial and commercial due diligence and performing pricing analysis covering various industries.

Larry Lai joined Prax in 2010 and is responsible for deal sourcing, investment evaluation, due diligence and post-investment management.
Larry was most recently the China Sales Director at Siemens where he was responsible for building, developing and managing the China Sales Team. Previously, he was with GE as a Regional Sales Director for GEĄŻs Water Technology operations in North and Central China. Previously Larry has held positions with Meihua Medical Info Tech and China Venture Tech & Land Enterprises in China and Fleet Financial Group in Boston.
Larry holds a dual degree BS in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, an MS in Statistics from Boston University, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

At Javelin, he was responsible for managing M&A and consulting projects in China on behalf of multinational clients.
