Mr. Chan joined Prax in 2007. He is an Associate Director of Real Estate Fund, responsible for deal origination, evaluation, due diligence and execution.
Mr. Chan has over 10 years experience in real estate industry. Prior to joining Prax, he was a Business Development Manager of a HK listed real estate developer, in charge of real estate investment. He acquired various assets types covering in HK, Shanghai and Beijing with a combined investment amount of over US$1bn. Previously, he worked for six years as a property analyst in Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong, focusing on Hong Kong real estate market and equity stocks.
Mr. Chan is CFA charter holder and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from HK University of Science and Technology and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Mr. Yue joined Prax in 2007. He is an Associate Director of Real Estate Fund, responsible for deal evaluation, due diligence and post-investment management.
Prior to joining Prax, Mr. Yue was a Senior Relationship Manager of a HK commercial bank real estate financing division and responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution and portfolio management. He managed a portfolio of US$250m of real estate projects across China, Hong Kong and Macau. The projects cover various asset types including residential, office, retail and hotel. Previously, he spent six years in audit and advisory services with KPMG Hong Kong.
Mr. Yue is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Alberta, Canada. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Mr. Bian joined Prax in 2009. He is a Senior Associate of Real Estate Fund, responsible for post-investment management, providing monthly and ad hoc analysis reports throughout all phases of project development.
Prior to joining Prax, Mr. Bian has over 10 years experience in real estate industry. He was an Assistant Vice President of ING Real Estate Investment Management, managing various property development projects with GFA 1.76 million sqm. Previously, he was an Assistant Project Manager at Housing & Development Board, Singapore and BCEG Real Estate Development for a total of 6 years.
Mr. Bian holds a BE in Engineering from Beijing Polytechnic University, a MSc from National University of Singapore and a MBA from Concordia University, Canada. He is fluent in English and Chinese.

Mr. Lu joined Prax in 2008. He is a Senior Associate of Real Estate Fund, responsible for deal sourcing, deal evaluation, due diligence, underwriting process and management reporting. Prior to joining Prax, Mr. Lu was a Business Development and Market Research Manager of Sun Hung Kai Properties, a Hong Kong listed real estate developer with market cap of over US$37 billion. He was responsible for market research, project evaluation and investment execution in Beijing and other northern China cities for 3 years. Prior to this, Mr. Lu took a one-year real estate/leadership training program as Management Trainee at Hong Kong headquarters of Sun Hung Kai Properties. Mr. Lu holds a MA in Finance from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Eddie Yu joined Prax in 2009. He is responsible for the financial control of portfolio companies including financial reports, cash flow monitoring and budgeting. Prior to joining Prax, Mr. Yu was a business controller of Bureau Veritas. He was responsible for financial analysis, internal control and process optimization. Previously, he has three years work experience in audit and advisory services with KPMG Shanghai. Mr. Yu holds Bachelor’s degree in Asset Evaluation and Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He has also received CICPA, CICPV and CFA Certificates. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Mr. Luan joined Prax in 2009. He is an Associate of the Real Estate Fund, responsible for deal sourcing, project evaluation, due diligence, underwriting and management reporting.
Prior to joining Prax, Mr. Luan worked 3 years as an analyst of the Global Real Estate Principal Investment at Merrill Lynch in Beijing covering all real estate related investments across China. He was responsible for acquisition analysis, preparation of investment memorandums, market research, due diligence, execution as well as asset management. He has participated in the acquisition and asset management of over $500 MM of real estate investments across China.
Mr. Luan holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
