Mr. Jimmy Chan joined Prax in 2007. Mr. Chan is in charge of deal origination and asset acquisition. Under the direction of Mr. Yao and Ms. Gan, he leads a dedicated team that analyses market conditions, continuously searches for attractive opportunities and reliable JV partners in promising locales, and, scrutinizes and underwrites any prospective deals. His responsibilities include sourcing of prospective opportunities, analysis and evaluation of investments, due diligence and transaction execution.

Prior to joining Prax, Mr. Chan was Business Development Manager of USI Property Management, a HK listed real estate developer, in charge of market research, real estate investments and market positioning for various types of properties in Hong Kong and China. He handled a combined investment amount of over US$1 billion. He has over ten years of regional industry experience including work for Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Chan is a CFA charter holder and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Jim Yue joined Prax in 2007. He is in charge of post-investment management with key responsibilities in financial and internal controls of joint-venture partner operations. Mr. Yue has broad experience in all aspects of the development industry from origination to asset management.

Prior to joining Prax, Mr. Yue was a Senior Relationship Manager at Citic Ka Wah Bank in the real estate financing division, responsible for deal sourcing and execution and portfolio management. He managed over of US$250m of real estate assets of various property types across China, Hong Kong and Macau. Before that, he worked with KPMG Hong Kong in audit and advisory services. He has nearly ten years of industry experience in the region.

Mr. Yue is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Alberta, Canada.

Mr. Ke Jia joined Prax in 2011. Mr. Jia is responsible for post-investment management with key responsibilities in financial and internal controls of joint-venture partner operations. Mr. Jia has worked in all aspects of the development, finance management, audit and internal control.

Prior to joining Prax, Mr. Jia was a Finance Director at Southern Jiangsu Regional Company of Longfor Real Estate, a HK listed real estate developer, in charge of Finance Management, including accounting, project finance management, corporate financing, tax, foreign investment, managing various types of property development projects with a combined GFA of over 2.0 million square meters. Previously, he was a senior associate at the PricewaterhouseCoopers Beijing in audit. He has 8 years of industry experience in the region.

Mr. Jia is a member of the Chinese Institute of the Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
