Siang Lim joined Prax in 2010 and is in charge of post-investment management of all portfolio projects.

Siang has over 15 years of solid experience in management, pragmatic strategic development and execution and operation within Asia Pacific. Siang is also a professionally trained Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in servicing various clienteles and industries.

Most recently, he was a Managing Director at CB Richard Ellis. Based in Western China region, Siang spearheaded the property investment, strategic positioning, sales/leasing and marketing capabilities and portfolio management for a variety of asset class. Prior becoming Managing Director, Siang was a Commercial Director for Asset Services and Finance Director for CB Richard Ellis Greater China. Previously, he held senior positions with top tier firms, such as Hewlett-Packard, BKR Consulting and Arthur Anderson. Siang used to serve on the board of Premier Property Management (a joint-venture between CB Richard Ellis & Vanke Ltd).

Siang holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from La Trobe University, Australia, and a Graduate Diploma from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is also a member of The Chartered Institute of Building (UK) and PRC Certified Property Manager.

Jimmy Chan joined Prax in 2007 and is responsible for deal origination, evaluation, due diligence and execution.

Prior to joining Prax, Jimmy has over 10 years experience in the real estate industry. He was a Business Development Manager of a HK listed real estate developer, in charge of real estate investment. He acquired various assets types covering in HK, Shanghai and Beijing with a combined investment amount of over US$1bn. Previously, he spent six years as a property analyst at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong, focusing on the Hong Kong real estate market and equity stocks.

Jimmy holds a Bachelor degree in Finance from HK University of Science and Technology and is a CFA charter holder.

Kevin Bian joined Prax in 2009 and is responsible for post-investment management with a focus on all phases of project development.

Prior to joining Prax, Kevin has over 10 years experience in the real estate industry. Most recently, he was an Assistant Vice President of ING Real Estate Investment Management, managing various types of property development projects with combined GFA of 1.76 million square meters. Previously, he spent 6 years as an Assistant Project Manager at Housing & Development Board, Singapore and BCEG Real Estate Development.

Kevin holds a BE in Engineering from Beijing Polytechnic University, a MSc from National University of Singapore and a MBA from Concordia University, Canada.

Jim Yue joined Prax in 2007 and is responsible for post-investment management with a focus on financial and internal controls.

Prior to joining Prax, Jim was a Senior Relationship Manager at Citic Ka Wah Bank in the real estate financing division and responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution and portfolio management. He managed a portfolio of US$250m of real estate projects across China, Hong Kong and Macau. The projects cover various asset types including residential, office, retail and hotels. Previously, he spent six years in audit and advisory services with KPMG Hong Kong.

Jim holds a bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Alberta, Canada and is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Wayne Lu joined Prax in 2008 and is responsible for deal sourcing, deal evaluation, due diligence and underwriting.

Prior to joining Prax, Wayne was a Business Development and Market Research Manager of Sun Hung Kai Properties, a Hong Kong listed real estate developer with market cap of over US$37 billion. He was responsible for market research, project evaluation and investment execution in Beijing and other northern China cities for 3 years. Previously, Wayne completed a one-year Management Trainee leadership program in real estate at the Hong Kong headquarters of Sun Hung Kai Properties.

Wayne holds an MA in Finance from the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.

Chris Luan joined Prax in 2009 and is responsible for deal sourcing, project evaluation, due diligence and underwriting.

Prior to joining Prax, Chris worked for three years as an analyst of the Global Real Estate Principal Investment at Merrill Lynch in Beijing covering real estate related investments across China. He was responsible for acquisition analysis, preparation of investment memorandums, market research, due diligence and execution as well as asset management. He has participated in the acquisition and asset management of over $500 MM of real estate investments across China.

Chris holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Jerry Shi joined Prax in 2010 and is responsible for post-investment management with a focus on projects cost and contracts management.

Prior to joining Prax, Jerry was a Team Leader of Widnell Consultants, an international firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, where he was responsible for supervising various project teams in projects’ cost and contracts management. Previously, he had more than five years experience in cost and contract consultancy services with David Langdon & Seah.

Jerry holds a dual degree Bachelors in Landscape Architecture and International Economics & Trade and an MBA from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
