Meilan Gan is in charge of deal sourcing and structure, investment analysis and negotiation for Prax Capital's real estate projects. She has over thirteen years of experience in real estate banking, structured finance and direct property development in China. Prior to joining Prax, Ms. Gan had 6 years experience in large scale mixed-use and residential development projects with leading Chinese developers. Previously, Ms. Gan held senior positions with Deutsche Bank in Germany, WestLB and LBBW in Hong Kong where she was responsible for structured real estate financing transactions covering the major Hong Kong developers and their investment activities in China. Ms. Gan is a native of China and holds a BA from Wuhan University and an MBA from Melbourne Business School in Australia.

Jim Yue is responsible for deal valuation, due diligence and post-investment projects monitoring. Prior to joining Prax, he was the Senior Relationship Manager of a HK commercial bank real estate financing division and responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution and post-drawdown management. Before that, he spent over five years in audit and advisory services with KPMG Hong Kong. Mr. Yue is a CPA in the United States and a member of HKICPA. He graduated in University of Alberta, Canada with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Jimmy Chan is responsible for the deal evaluation, due diligence and post-investment management. Prior to joining Prax Capital, he was the Business Development Manager of a HK's listed real estate developer, responsible for sourcing and executing real estate investment deals for over 2 years. Before such, he spent six years as a property analyst in Deutsche Bank (HK), focusing on Hong Kong's real estate market and equity stocks. He is CFA charterholder and gratuadated in HK University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor Degree in Finance. He speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

Jimmy Cai is responsible for the post investment management, primarily in the field of construction quality, schedule and cost control. Prior to joining Prax, he was the Director of one industrial & logistic developer, and takes overall responsibility for the new developments of warehousing facility. Before that, he worked in B&Q (China) as the Senior Director for five years, responsible for construction project management of new B&Q stores and facility maintenance. He graduated from Tongji University with Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering. He speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
